Tier 1 Founder
Vision, direction, founding leadership
SPPC was founded in 2019 from a simple conviction: Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia deserved a structured community that supports each other professionally. The founder sets the vision, holds the values, and ensures SPPC remains true to its founding motto.

Tier 2 Core Committee
Central leadership and governance
The Core Committee oversees SPPC at the national level. It coordinates between the three regional committees, manages community-wide programs, and handles the operational backbone that lets the regional teams focus on their members.

Tier 3 Western Regional Committee Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Yanbu, and surrounding areas
Western Region of Saudi Arabia
The Western Regional Committee serves SPPC members across the western region of Saudi Arabia. Like every regional committee, it operates with a Core team of elected leaders and a Volunteer team that delivers programs on the ground.
- Regional events and chapter meetups
- Local program delivery (Arabic classes, networking, family programs)
- Member onboarding and support
- Coordination with Core Committee on national initiatives
Tier 3 Central Regional Committee Riyadh, Qassim, and surrounding areas
Central Region of Saudi Arabia
The Central Regional Committee serves SPPC members across central Saudi Arabia, with Riyadh as the primary hub. The largest regional concentration of SPPC members lives in this region.

- Hosts most national-scale SPPC events given Riyadh's central role
Tier 3 Eastern Regional Committee Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Jubail, and surrounding areas
Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia
The Eastern Regional Committee serves SPPC members across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, including the major industrial and energy sector hubs.

Tier 4a Core Team Elected leadership
Elected leadership of the Western Region
The Core team are elected SPPC members who provide leadership for the Western Region. They make regional decisions, coordinate volunteers, and act as the main point of contact between the region and the Core Committee.

Tier 4b Volunteer Team Active members on the ground
Active members delivering programs
The Volunteer team are SPPC members who give their time to deliver programs, organize events, and support fellow members across the Western Region. Volunteering is the most common path into Core team leadership.
